Processing Time

Each Rooted Edition is thoughtfully packed by hand.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.

Once shipped, most California orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Area

At this time, Rooted Editions are available for shipping within California only.

Local Delivery

Customers located in Placer County, California may request local delivery after placing an order. If your order qualifies, your shipping charge will be refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
