Welcome to ForeGather Co. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from ForeGather Co. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Products
ForeGather Co. offers thoughtfully curated collections featuring handcrafted goods and products created by artisan partners.
Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, scent, finish, packaging, and appearance are natural and make each item unique. These variations are not considered defects.
We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, colors and appearances may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Products are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once shipped, most California orders arrive within 2–5 business days via standard ground shipping. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ForeGather Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the inclusion of food items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact foregather.co@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Food Products
Food products offered through ForeGather Co. are produced by independent makers in accordance with applicable regulations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption. Always refer to the product packaging for the most current ingredient and allergen information.
Candle Safety
Candles should always be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your purchase.
